Natalia of Gatti Fili e Farina challenges
us to make a traditional Savarin, complete with soaking syrup and cream
filling! We were to follow the Savarin recipe but were allowed to be creative
with the soaking syrup and filling, allowing us to come up with some very
delicious cakes!
Ingredientes :
500 grs de Harina de Fuerza
20 grs de Levadura prensada
25 grs de Azúcar
7 Huevos
300 ml de Leche
300 grs de Mantequilla
1 cucharadita de Sal
200 grs de Azúcar
300 ml de Agua
1 cucharadita de Extracto de Vainilla
1 copita de Ron
65 grs de Azúcar
65 grs de Chocolate Negro
65 grs de Mantequilla
25 ml de Agua
½ cucharadita de Extracto de Vainilla
Frutas variadas (Fresas, Kiwi, Piña,…)
Mermelada de Albaricoque
